The making of the second version of paper cups for our studio’s cafés

Collecting ideas.

Art director: Let’s decorate it like the jam—with calligraphy and illustrations.

Art director: Get rid of the text, leave only the name of the café. Make the coffee bean coffee-colored instead of grey. And replace the cacao character with an orange or something.

Art director: The orange gets all the attention. Replace it with tea. Remove the barcode and write the name of the website at the bottom.

Art director: Ok. But the coffee has to look like coffee, not a purple ass. The name of the website is cafe.artlebedev.ru, and it should be placed horizontally.

Sending the sketch to the illustrator. Arranging the characters and preparing the layout for print.
