The making of the Beeline website My Account section layouts

Overview   Process  

Making first sketches using the concept of a timeline to visualize operations. The concept doesn’t fit because of the technical reasons, so we have to simplify the design.

Suggesting another approach to the main page. Putting each number on a drop-down card with the detailed information inside.

Designing the services and service plans pages.

Laying out all account pages.

After implementing the design and conducting first usability tests, it turns out that there are some problems to address. For example, some users don’t guess to click on number cards to get the detailed information.

Simplifying.

Redesigning services and service plans pages.

Making small changes and preparing other layouts for uploading to the website.
