Task: to produce single-origin coffee.

The drink has the flavor of bread with sweet hops. The light rounded taste is filled with plum with hints of cinnamon in the aftertaste. As it cools, the drink acquires wine notes, slightly sour and tart.

Single-origin Arabica opens up nicely when brewed using a stove-top method, French press or Chemex. A cup of coffee prepared one of these ways delivers crispier flavor and brighter aroma, while preserving more caffeine in your drink.
