The canteen occupies an annex to the main building. It’s a second floor deck above a driveway. In the middle, there is a ”saucer“ with adjoining kitchen and dining hall.

There are two levels, which allows to organize the flow of visitors—while some of them are still queuing at the counter, the rest are already having their lunch at the tables. The dome ceiling features a map of pipelines of the Eastern Hemisphere.
