Granatny, 6 booklet

Problem:	Design an expensive booklet for an expensive residence.

This booklet is meant to show off the alluring beauty of the residential building being constructed in Granaty Pereulok. It is sized 36×45 cm and housed in a box with a CD, manager’s business card and a key to a limited access website.

We created a 60-page booklet that included photographs, renders, images and descriptions. It was then handed to the clients, so they could add whatever else they found necessary to encourage a reader’s desire to buy a mansion-like apartment.

In order to see the booklet, you have to be, or at least be thought to be, a millionaire. It is to be distibuted privately, and no apartments will be available for sale to the public.
