LG Problem Tracking System (LG PTS) is a piece of software for task setting, control and management developed for LG Alina Electronics, LG’s service affiliate.

LG PTS is aimed at LG service centers staff. It helps to organize phone operators’ work and support and service activities in Russia. The system stores complete information about LG products, spare parts, selling points, as well as FAQ and technical and service details. LG PTS enables printing standard documents and preparing reports.
