Mega Khimki information kiosks

The information kiosks installed at Megamall were developed in Art. Lebedev Studio.

They help visitors find a way to any store, café or a restaurant, the nearest toilet, an ATM, a currency exchange office, the lost property office and many other destinations. Megamall visitors also have the opportunity to find out in which stores sales and special events are currently on.

The start-up screen features all the things one can learn with the help of the information kiosk:

The visitor can see the route to go to any store from where this particular kiosk is located. By touching any point on the map, you can get a larger image of the selected area and the list of stores inside it:

You immediately see the whereabouts of stores of the selected category:

Fun events such as concerts, sports competitions, fashion shows, children’s holidays and big sales often take place in Mega. Icons were drawn for these events.

There’s a clock ticking on screen that shows the time left before the megamall closes

Information kiosks were developed and tested at Art. Lebedev Studio premises:

Since the displays have a standard resolution, the modular grid of all screens is based on “paper” principles: type area, font size and the max number of text lines are fixed. The size of buttons and illustrations is derived from the basic font size and line spacing.
