Cover design for How to Decide: What to Do When You Don’t Know What to Do by Jonathan Herring

Overview   Process

Task: to design a book cover for a piece in Practical Business Skills series.

Many people see no point in talking about life goals and moral principles because they view the subject as purely rhetorical. However, without establishing your own moral code you wouldn’t be able to set priorities and make right decisions.

The book provides readers with knowledge on how to produce decisions and follow them, what can and what should not influence the decisions, how to make collective decisions in the family or at work and how to act in emergency situations when the response time is crucial. The book allows readers to practice decision making by putting themselves in other person’s place and, what’s more important, it helps to overcome the lack of confidence and fear of making decisions.
