VAZ-2152 concept car was presented in August 2002 during the 7th International Motor Show.

Mass production was planned to start in 2006. Each automobile was equipped with Radiotehnika AR-50 and cost about 4,000 euros (in Russia).

The player was not to be marketed separately.
