Relsus
“Relsus” is a section of R43-type railway rail for industrial transport tracks, coated with paint.

A piece of rail weighing 2.5 kilograms decorates the interior and performs many useful functions: it holds down papers on the desk, props up books on shelves, holds balloons, and also serves as a doorstop or a weight for pickling cucumbers.

“Relsus” is produced in several spectacular versions: the laconic black and bright red look strict and confident, the iridescent “Chameleon” changes shade depending on the lighting, the “Vegas” gradient powerfully contrasts with the brutal shape of the rail, and the “Tricolor” proudly bears the colors of the Russian flag.
For connoisseurs of shine and luxury there is “Relsus Gold” — the coating is applied by vacuum chroming, turning the steel into a dazzling metallic ingot.

The heaviness of the form and the simplicity of the idea came together in a single object that looks equally cool both on an office desk and in home interiors.
