I had never worked neither for hire nor as a manager, so this internship was an amazing and unique experience. It was exciting to find myself inside of a company created over 18 years by hundreds of talented, smart, enthusiastic people.

Art. Lebedev Studio is a creative and flexible ecosystem exitisting within the rigid frame of common sense. And although this system is isolated from the outside world, we were welcomed in as if we belonged here. It was a pleasant surprise. A total absence of assholes per square meter, people’s dedication to their work, how quick everything is done, the scope of the projects, overall comfort, and common sense prevail in everything people here do. There is probably no other such place! An experience like this really helps to push your inner boundaries. Everything is possible, just move your ass from the chair and start doing something and then something else.
