Navigation elements for Komsomolsky Prospekt in Perm

Overview   Process

Task: to design street signs and develop a navigation system for Komsomolsky Prospekt.

Several types of street signs were created as part of the improvement project commissioned by the Perm city officials. They will be visible from a distance—large numbers are visible on both, light, and dark backgrounds. Two color schemes were developed for different facades of buildings. On modular signs special spaces are allocated to numbers.

Large signs contain brief information about the building

Information placed on the signposts varies in its level of detail. If necessary, more signs will be attached to the pole.

At the intersection

To make navigating around the city easier, streets will have new special information stands. The stands differ in their coverage, map scale, and the list of important sites.
