The Antigua and Barbuda islands were discovered in the Caribbean Sea by Christopher Columbus during the second transatlantic voyage in 1493.

The country is formed by two small islands (Antigua, Barbuda) and a very small one (Redonda, 0.5 square mile in area). In 1667 the islands were colonized by the British. On November 1, 1981 the islands became an independent state.

The Art. Lebedev Studio started creating the corporate identity of ABI Financial Group in early 2004. By the beginning of 2005 the project was completed.
