In December 2003 Samsung is acting as a sponsor of the Russian Top Ten Chart that’s broadcasted on the MTV-Russia channel.

Registered users can download the chart ringtones for their Samsung cell phones and participate in a contest to try to win a trendy T-shirt by making a forecast of the Russian Top Ten for the next week.

The promotion website was ordered by Samsung Electronics Russian representative office.
