Vlas typeface
Task: to design a typeface.
Vlas is an unusual and memorable typeface. At first, it seems handwritten but is in fact modular.
The trick is that there is only one module. After understanding how it functions, you will be able to create a word, a sentence or several lines of text by yourself, your own way.
The typeface supports all the “forbidden tricks” of typography including multiple outlines, volume and glow. And it is so unique that it will look great paired with almost any other typeface, simply because of the contrast it creates.
The typeface can be used in the design of posters, cards, bills and will help any items stand out, from t-shirts to product packaging.
