Pavel Motorin
“After the studio, you’ll never be dumb again.”
Pavel Motorin is a businessman, technical director in several companies and musician. He worked as a technologist in the studio. In this video, he talks about the important role the studio played in his life.

Grigory Annenkov
“The studio is the place where you learn to kick ass. Because otherwise, you won’t survive here.”
Grigory Annenkov is the head of the mechanical design group at Yandex. He worked at Art. Lebedev Studio for two years. During this time, he learned to kick ass so well that at his next job, he got a (very) telling nickname.

Dmitry Dolgikh
“For many, it’s like a spaceport: they bring you there and launch you into the world!”
Dmitry Dolgikh worked as a designer in the studio and is now a production director at a company he founded with friends. In his story, Dmitry compares Art. Lebedev Studio to a spaceport and a good cocktail and tells how he once responded to a job posting.

Nikita Kuznetsov
“When I entered the studio, I felt like I was entering another world.”
Nikita Kuznetsov learned about Art. Lebedev Studio when he got his first modem (a long time ago). Today, Nikita is a studio alumnus and entrepreneur. He shares his experience of the studio as his first workplace, tea with thyme and life-changing advice.

Graduate Elena Tretyakova worked as a sales manager at the studio and now organizes storage systems, designs furniture, and blogs. She talks about her visual literacy, the studio atmosphere and long-tested friendships in this new video.

Vsevolod Chagaev
“I think for a young person just starting their career, this is the best place you can be.”
Vsevolod Chagaev came to the studio as a sales coordinator and left as a project manager. Today, he is an entrepreneur and producer. He compares Art. Lebedev Studio to Woodstock and a scientific institute in his video.
Fedor Borschev
“Probably the most important thing I took with me from the studio was the ability to organize the work of creative professionals.”
Once, programmer Fedor Borschev decided to change careers and learn something new, like management.
After three years at Art. Lebedev Studio, Fedor grew to become a project manager. Today, he runs an outsourcing company. He shares his love for the studio’s internal projects and good coffee in his story.

“The studio is like a university.”
Mark Rodionov, an alumnus of the studio, now works as the art director at the SberDevices design studio. He shares his experience and impressions of working as a designer at the studio.

Dmitry Lamonov
“The most important thing the studio gave me was a sense of taste, a vision of what’s cool and what’s garbage.”
Dmitry Lamonov, designer and artist, developed the Lamon typeface, didn’t sleep for 36 hours and drew inspiration from cat Filya. In his story, he talks about his design journey and his love for letters.

“We’ve done so much!”
Pasha Omelekhin
“There was an opportunity here to do completely unusual things that I probably wouldn’t have done anywhere else.”
Pasha Omelekhin worked as a lead designer at the studio, while Sergey Turulin was a programmer. Their tandem was so successful that it continued even after leaving the studio.
