Krona Village corporate identity

Problem: Create a noble corporate identity for a Potemkin village.

Krona Village is located near the Novorizhskoye highway in the Moscow region. The place is home to a dozen other half-built communities, all of them vying for country homes buyers. Since the cottages are built no sooner than they are sold, there’s hardly anything there worth looking at. Potential buyers get the idea of their future real estate solely through advertising images and construction plans.

Name and logo

The studio proposed the name of the cottage community, created the grandiose logo and corporate identity, developed the layouts of print ads and outdoor advertising. All of this helps Krona Village stand out amid neighbor Disneylands.

Inspired by the ideas Art. Lebedev Studio team members came up with, the Krona developer went on to make a website, print a booklet, assemble an exhibition stand, and design the interiors of the sales office—all by itself.
