Kampus first cohort

Kampus was created to elevate the skills of designers and managers, boost their professional competencies and immerse newcomers into a real working environment. The studio selected applications from the most promising candidates, assembled a team of mentors, developed webinar plans and prepared lectures and practical workshops.

Throughout the lectures, studio team members and invited professionals shared insights about how design projects are carried out at each stage. During practical review sessions, the entire cohort came together to assess progress, celebrate successes and receive feedback from the studio’s art directors and managers.

A special personal dashboard was designed for Kampus participants. Through it, they gained access to the same working tools used by the studio’s designers, a schedule of check-ins and homework assignments with clearly distributed roles.

At the end of each homework block is a convenient interface to submit results.
