“Campus” was created to raise the training level of designers and managers, boost professional skills, and immerse them in the studio approach to working on design projects. The studio selected applications from the coolest candidates, formed a team of mentors, developed webinar plans, and prepared lectures and practical classes.
Studio staff and invited specialists talked about the working principles at each stage of creating a design project. During practical reviews, the whole course gathered to sum up interim results, share successes, and receive comments from the studio’s art directors and managers.

Duration — eleven weeks. Minimum dry theory, maximum hands-on practice. Project development in “Campus” fully reproduces the sequence of work on a commercial design project in the Lebedev Studio.
In the second cohort the program was updated: theory and practice were expanded, the mentor team was strengthened, guest lectures were added, and additional resources and examples were collected.
Throughout the entire practicum, mentors helped participants and supervised the completion of specific design and management tasks. They shared their experience at meetings and answered questions.

The result of the second “Campus” cohort was four cool professional-level projects for real businesses and interesting startups.
Among the graduates are four managers and six designers.
