Dobrolov eliminates all types of pests from industrial facilities, offices, warehouses, cafés, restaurants, country cottages and regular apartments. The experts take pride in applying a medical approach to their work and consider themselves superheroes saving the world from vermin. The mobile app, designed within the Kampus, streamlines the process of ordering services and speeds up interaction with the company’s specialists.

The app adheres to the Dobrolov brand identity, which had previously been developed in the studio. The company’s style is actively used and logically evolved: the main character—the cockroach and rat hunter—is given even more freedom of action. A variety of realistic and fantastical scenarios have been illustrated to showcase his work.

The welcome screen highlights the company’s strengths, the problems it solves and the most common threats.

The onboarding screen uses colors from the brand palette—each also represents a type of “weapon” used by Dobrolov in their operations.

The quiz format instantly engages unregistered users in a dialogue with the company and introduces them to the app.

The cockroach and rat hunter carefully guides the user through all the steps leading up to submitting a service request.

The quiz concludes with order confirmation.

From there, users can periodically track their order status, communicate with Dobrolov managers and receive bonuses to use toward future service calls.

A guest becomes a loyal client in just a few steps.
