The developer company SK10 from Rostov-on-Don has been on the market for 67 years and during this time has commissioned one and a half million square meters of residential and office real estate. Around 35,000 residents of Rostov live and work in buildings constructed by the company. As SK10 planned to expand, they turned to Kampus to create the identity for their first residential building in Moscow. The project was named Kod.

Kod is a place for tech-oriented urban dwellers. These people value their time and strive for comfort. The modern technologies and state-of-the-art services in the complex allow them to quite literally program their future.

kod elements

The concept of “programming reality” became central to the identity of the residential complex. The logo and variable visual elements convey a sense of advanced technology while retaining warmth and a feeling of home. The digital-style logo appears modern, yet maintains visual continuity with the parent brand.

One of the key branding elements is the carriage return symbol, familiar from programming. Instead of lines of code, the design features key characteristics of the complex and motivational phrases.

The arrow from the logo can also function as an independent symbol, representing progress, growth and a forward-looking mindset.

A proprietary pattern, composed of numeric code elements, can be used effectively across a wide range of surfaces.
