SMS Chart is an MTV-Russia project sponsored by Mobile TeleSystems.

MTV SMS Chart show (to launch 25 November, 2002) features mobile voting to determine top ten music videos of the week.

The site provides project information and rules of voting as well as the list of videos and regularly updated ratings.
