Art. Lebedev Studio Store & Big Café: chef Kakha Eshba, who for the last two years have been working in the studio's Café on Bolshaya Nikitskaya, demonstrates how to make a delicious achma. The cooking classes take place every week: for example, on February 22, children's doctor Andrey Unanov will explain how to prepare a sugrob with apples and cottage cheese, and on February 28, Ira Aron, barrista from the studio's Big Café, will show how prefect espresso and cappuccino are made.
