According to Aleksandr Shikhanov—head of the Russian Police Information and PR Department of Yaroslavl Region—on May 16 at 3:50 a.m. police detained two young men on Pervomayskaya Street, who'd removed the sign and were trying to carry it away. Presently, the stolen sign is at the central police station.
