Overview Process
Piling up ideas.

Art director: Why don’t you make everything float on water?
Designer:

Settling on a Capitoline Cow.

Trying to put the name of the movie right on the cow.

Carrying out an experiment to see if it’s possible to make a picture of the actors and the cow in one take.

Delivering the cow to the studio’s seventh floor proves impossible. Means we’ll have to make individual pictures. Putting make-up on the actors.

Taking pictures.

Maybe the characters will have different emotions in the reflection?

Assembling the poster.
Thinking where to put the movie title.
Art director: Wings!

Sending to the type designer.

Trying to make all text hand-written.

Art director: The lowercase letters are too small, it’s barely legible.
Designer: Let’s put all the text in the wings..

Dropping this idea and going back to the previous option.
