Alexander Smirnov and his team opened an educational center where high school students are prepared for the Unified State Exam (EGE) and supported throughout their studies. Previously, the studio developed a brand platform, identity and website for the center. Now, a communication strategy has been added to these efforts.
The center’s target audience is 11th-grade students who are motivated to enter prestigious universities. Their final year is a challenging journey toward their dream profession, filled with difficulties and anxiety.

The strategy frames the concerns that students face during their studies as opportunities, helping to develop skills that will not only prepare them for exams but also for life and their future careers.

This same approach of transforming stressful processes into new superpowers is reflected in the strategy implementation mechanics.
Each year, a cycle begins: new students arrive at the center, form a strong community, grow and then are invited back as mentors and ambassadors. These former students support current students on their path and set an example.
