Tsiferblatus-4 is a free-standing electronic clock made in the spirit of traditional Moscow urban objects and designed for installation in the Kremlin Conservation Area, on boulevards and the Garden Ring, in pedestrian zones and in parks. The model is equipped with meteorological instruments—a barometer and a thermometer.
