First Second Third

Third “Campus” cohort

“Campus” was created to improve the training level of designers and managers, develop professional skills, and immerse newcomers in a real working environment.

Participants go through a series of lectures and practical classes under the guidance of mentors, experts, and studio employees. During the training, studio members and invited specialists talk about the working principles at each stage of creating a design project.

Practical reviews help to sum up intermediate results, share successes, and receive feedback from art directors and managers.

The duration of the training is eleven weeks. Minimum dry theory, maximum live practice. Project development in “Campus” fully reproduces the sequence of work on a commercial design project at the Lebedev Studio.

The personal account contains full-fledged longreads—detailed guides on the topics, supplemented by video lectures from the studio’s art directors and team leaders. At the end of each block there is a convenient interface for submitting homework.
