Porridge, pancakes, cottage cheese fritters, pelmeni, perogies (pictured), omelettes and fried eggs are prepared all day, every day in the café on the seventh floor of the studio.

A large ice rink opened in Hermitage Garden near the studio’s Winter Café: the coffee is now served directly to skaters.
