Vybor brand platform and visual identity
The construction company Vybor was founded in 1997 in Voronezh. Over the years, Vybor has mastered classic monolithic and volumetric-block house building techniques and now constructs one floor per day. The studio developed a brand platform for the developer, and based on it, created a brilliant visual identity.
The brand platform outlines the company’s philosophy and values, its unique promise and its vision.
The goal is not just to build housing, but to create new life scenarios: delivering entire turnkey worlds.
The created document reveals the concept of choice that a person makes.
Vybor—The Choice of a New Life
With each apartment, we open up a new life for a person.
With each building, we create a new world for the city: a new district.
By purchasing an apartment, a person is presented with new, beautiful possibilities: a guiding star points the way to improvements in life and a happy future.

The key design element of the typographic logo is the star hidden within the negative spaces of the first letters. This element is easily recognizable even without its characteristic glow, which is not available in achromatic versions.
At the core of the logo is a confident, solid and strict grotesque typeface with sharp angles. If the company needs to highlight the full scope of its activities, descriptors are added to the logo.


On smaller media, the star stands as an independent element and serves as a key detail in the icons.
