Characteristics Drum Window Controls Washing Project

Drum type washing machines can be either front loading or top loading. The former are more often seen in Europe while the latter are popular in the US. Let us just say that front load is preferable.

The drum is placed horizontally, which reduces water and detergent consumption and vibration, as the laundry is more evenly distributed.

Lavatrix has a direct drive motor, i.e. it connects straight to the drum. With no belts or brushes, it consumes less electricity and produces less vibration and noise.

The drum is made of stainless steel and has hundreds of smooth punch holes for gentle tumbling. Its five-faceted shape enables highly effective performance. The back side of the drum is designed to prevent clothes from lumping together.

860 punch holes in each of the five drum sectors will make your garments soundly dry!
