Every so often, we cook doughnuts at the summer patio of our café on Bolshaya Nikitskaya, Moscow.

Every evening chef Kakha Eshba comes to our café on Bolshaya Nikitskaya to spend the night there working on achma, baking quiches, and making pelmeni dumplings. So that by morning pelmeni are ready to go to freezer and quiches and achma are distributed to the rest of our Moscow locations: Big Café, café in the British Higher School of Art and Design, café in our headquarters and café at Yandex headquarters.

The cooking classes take place every week: for example, on February 22, children's doctor Andrey Unanov will explain how to prepare a sugrob with apples and cottage cheese, and on February 28, Ira Aron, barrista from the studio's Big Café, will show how prefect espresso and cappuccino are made.
