Suzdal Millennium Anniversary identity vector files and guidelines

The logo of the city of Suzdal in Vladimir Oblast is a work of design protected by Russian and international legislation. Art. Lebedev Studio, the authorized holder of the exclusive right to the logo of the city of Suzdal in Vladimir Oblast, grants the right to use the logo for any purpose to anyone who downloads the logo from this website page, based on an open license as defined in Article 1286.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

From the moment of accessing the logo files for download, the user (hereinafter referred to as the Licensee) fully accepts the terms of this non-exclusive license in the form of a public offer, namely:

• The Licensee has the right to use the logo for free to promote Suzdal by reproducing it on any material media, including those intended for sale, dissemination to the public, public display, broadcasting, cable transmission, and inclusion in other works.
• The Licensee has the right to use the logo throughout the term of the protection of exclusive rights (at least for the next 70 years).
• When using the logo, its modification is not allowed, including altering proportions and color scheme.
• The use of the logo in parts is allowed, as well as the use of individual elements of the logo, excluding typeface letters.
• Inclusion of the logo, as well as its parts and elements, in means of identification (trademarks, service marks, goods designations) or industrial designs (objects of patent rights as established in international legislation and the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) is allowed only with the written consent of the right holder.
• When using the logo, the Licensee is not obliged to mention the names of the authors.
• The Licensee may use the logo worldwide.
