Benois de la Danse festival website
Benois de la Danse festival is known as the “Ballet Oscar.” Every year, a jury consisting of heads of the largest ballet companies and world ballet stars chooses the best works of choreography. The prize is awarded in the Bolshoi Theatre, which also hosts gala concerts where this year’s nominees and past years’ winners perform. A website for the festival was designed in time for the 26th Benois de la Danse.
The main page shows a large number 26 which streams and flows and merges with silhouettes of the best of the best in ballet.
The chairman of the jury is the prominent Russian choreographer Yuri Grigorovich. His portrait and famous quotes adorn the main page.
