    Task: to create a logo for a racing festival.

    The Unlim 500 car festival is held since 2009. Drivers in unique cars with 500+ horse power engines compete one on one on purpose-built tracks and the records are registered using high-precision equipment. A logo for the festival as well as appearance of various corporate graphic elements were created at the studio.

    Logo with many meanings

    Festival competitions are held one on one, just like medieval jousts. The image of the horse is also a popular motif among famous auto brands including Ferrari, Porsche and Ford Mustang. This makes the image of a knight riding a swift horse extremely suitable for the event.

    The spear in the hands of the horseman resembles a speedometer needle and the outline of the sun in the background can be easily seen as speedometer scale. The colors of the background symbolize the lands of the best racing cars: the British Isles, Asia, America and Europe.

    The logo looks equally well on surfaces of different sizes and textures: racing suits, helmets, participant and visitor badges, winners’ cups, banners and car stickers.
