The real estate development company based in Tyumen, for whom we had previously created a name, visual identity and brand platform, approached our studio to develop a communication platform.
This company doesn’t just build housing, it creates a comfortable living environment, shaping a new approach to real estate development where the main value is the person. This philosophy became the foundation for a new descriptor: instead of a “real estate development company,” it became a “developer for life.”
We defined what exactly that means:

The main communication message—"Like people do“—also became the creative framework. It highlights the qualities of life in the homes they build, speaking to comfort, coziness, care, honesty and transparency.



The slogans succinctly answer the question “What does it mean to do things like people do?”: “Everything is transparent,” “Everything is reliable,” “Everything is safe,” “Everything is nearby” and so on.


The tone of voice for Ludi is rooted in a desire to be understood the first time. That’s why the communication language is clear, concise and human.
