Villagio brand platform, communication platform and slogan

The developer Villagio has already built several premium-class cottage communities in the suburbs of Moscow and is now expanding into construction markets in other regions of Russia. The company is applying its experience in creating premium housing to projects of various categories, from luxury cottages to low-rise developments. This allows Villagio to meet the needs of new customer segments.


As part of its plans to expand its public presence, the company approached the studio to develop a brand platform. We conducted in-depth interviews with Villagio employees and target audiences. The result was a study that laid the foundation for a new brand identity. A brand anchor was also defined.

Based on this, the studio identified seven core brand values.


The brand idea was built around the self-sufficiency of any Villagio settlement. Suburban life offers everything necessary for a comfortable and fulfilling lifestyle, just like in the city.

The phrase "Culture of Suburban Living" became the master slogan, relevant across all market segments. Supporting messages from the communication platform help convey the brand's essence more fully to consumers.
