VK Help product design concept

VK users visit the platform’s FAQ section daily. The studio has come up with a concept that provides an extremely short and clear path to getting the answers.

On the main page, a tile with popular topics and a list of the most relevant questions has been added. A similar top list exists within each topic. A navigation bar helps users orient themselves at different levels.

Next to the title of each topic, there are descriptors briefly explaining the questions it covers.

Each Help section now has a bright icon, making them even more visually appealing and attracting user attention. Plus, it just looks nice!

Navigating through the questions and answers is made easy thanks to subtle visual highlights.

The usefulness of each answer is assessed through a short survey—this allows VK to gather unobtrusive feedback. The Rubik’s Cube icon hints at the fact that here users ask smart questions and get well-informed answers.
