The Russian State Transport Leasing Company participates in four federal projects, among which is “Development of Public Transport”. Therefore, in the studio we decided to come up with the ideal transport of the future for the company. We designed an eco-friendly and spacious carriage on an electrodynamic cushion, operating on the principle of maglev. The new transport was named the neurobus.

In appearance, the neurobus resembles an ultra-modern tram, only without massive “horns” and a second rail—the new transport needs only one. And it does not need a driver. The entire space of the transparent cabin is occupied by seats for passengers.

The “levitating” neurobus moves almost silently, and even in the cabin the usual announcements by the announcer are not heard. Each passenger is informed about stops individually. For this, flat sound emitters built into the headrests are provided.
The seats are adjustable in height, adapting to the passenger’s height, and also freely rotate, allowing a family or a large group to sit facing each other. Each seat is heated in winter and cooled in summer.

It is convenient for everyone to board such a tram: for passengers with strollers, the entrances are made as wide as possible, and the floors are low.

The invented type of transport combines the key advantages of trains, trams, and buses. At the same time, it runs on dedicated lanes of regular roads.
