“Art” is a comfort-class design quarter under construction in the Verkh-Isetsky district of Yekaterinburg. In the studio, a minimalist logo was developed for the new residential complex, and then the stylish image was transferred to form the basis of the quarter’s identity.

The avant-garde logo seems to be completely cut out of metal, which is highly appropriate in the context of the Verkh-Isetsky plant. The sign evokes monolithic skyscrapers, completing the image of an unusual quarter.
A logical continuation of the logo is the signature pattern. Its looped design is suitable for surfaces of any scale, and the logo itself, when necessary, is delicately integrated into the orderly structure of the pattern.
Numbers in the brand materials are set in the display font Art in three styles: condensed, regular, and wide.
Condensed numbers are needed for accent elements such as navigation media and details of the entrance group design.
The regular style is used to indicate floors.
Apartment and mailbox numbers are designated in the wide style with simple, legible character forms.
