Identity Landscaping Interiors

Common-area interiors for the Art design quarter

The Art design quarter, which is being built in the area of the Verkh-Isetsky Pond in Yekaterinburg, is the embodiment of convenience and beauty in contemporary architecture. We designed the public spaces of the monolithic high-rises, conveying a studio mood and implementing the boldest design ideas.

The pattern of the floor tiles on the stair landings is as diverse as possible: the color solutions are based on a combination of black, complex turquoise, and terracotta. The choice of colors is inspired by the industrial spirit of the district: durable and long-lasting Mettlach tiles are often laid in industrial premises as well.

Numbers from the Art typeface look great on the walls as designations of apartments, floors, and entrances.

The arched frames of the elevators are made of thin metal and look exquisitely minimalist.

The mailboxes at the entrance on the first floor are a living embodiment of the pattern from the visual identity.

The walls feature cozy niches with soft sofas and numerous shelves. Guests come and settle in comfortably, browsing magazines or books. Thanks to bookcrossing, the library is constantly replenished.

The evacuation stair zones maintain the set style: a tiled carpet on the floor, a black ceiling, and an elongated floor-number sign.

Everything on the stair landings is designed in a strict manner, while the stroller rooms are made bright and cheerful—without compromising functionality, of course. Young parents use these rooms several times a day, and also socialize here, share their children’s achievements, and discuss problems. Almost like in a café!

A place is also allocated here for bicycles, scooters, skateboards, and the like. There is also a sink so you can wash a child’s hands or a pet’s paws.

The tool corner is a storage place for pumps, wrenches, and screwdrivers for fine-tuning wheeled vehicles.

Next to the stroller room there is a special area for exchanging things: residents share toys and clothes their own child has outgrown, leave notices on the walls, and even bring flowers if they are leaving home for a long time.

Everything in the Art residential quarter is made for people!
