The State Transport Leasing Company is a development institution and the largest lessor in the field of public transport, which gives the company the opportunity to see the industry as a whole: manufacturers, carriers and passengers in all regions of the country. Thanks to this, GTLK forms approaches that over time become industry standards — for the design, accessibility, safety, ease of operation and maintenance of transport.
In the studio, together with GTLK, a standard for the provision of transport services to passengers at any point in Russia was developed, which fully complies with the industry development strategy and takes into account the specifics of each region.

A unique code was invented for the standard. It encodes the number of residents in the region, its budget, climate and characteristics of the specific place. All this frees the administration from the need to manually adapt the general rules to itself.

We examined all aspects in detail: stops, vehicles including interiors, depots, routes and route networks, schedules, navigation and integration with digital services.

Special attention is paid to pavilions: a size-type constructor has been developed — from compact shelters to multi-section hubs. In regions with harsh winters, pavilions with heating are installed, where it is comfortable to wait for transport even in frost. The design of the roofs rethinks familiar forms of slate canopies, giving them a modern look. Built-in niches for sand and reagents rid the streets of untidy boxes.
In the studio, a special city matrix was compiled to select ideal options. You study it — and immediately understand what rolling stock and what pavilions are needed exactly here.

In the key sections of the document, a clause “Accessibility for people with limited mobility” is provided. Tactile indicators, signal strips, handrails and acoustic beacons — the placement and operating principles of all special elements are clearly described on the pages. Transport becomes more attentive to those who find it difficult to move.
We described the logic of the ideal transport assistant application, into which artificial intelligence is built. It not only determines geolocation and displays the nearest stops, but also shows the occupancy of the approaching transport, updates the schedule and builds optimal routes.
As a result, passengers receive a convenient means of tracking and payment, and the city receives a tool for analyzing the work of carriers and monitoring compliance with schedules.

The section devoted to employees of transport companies contains requirements for the code of professional ethics, seasonal uniforms and working conditions.
The standard restores respect for the profession of driver and ensures complete service safety.
