Avito Beauty, the new initiative launched as part of the Avito Services project, combines digital tools and offline experiences for beauty industry professionals. The studio has developed a concept for the design of spaces where beauty specialists can work with existing clients and attract new ones. We’ve considered everything necessary: zoning, lighting, materials, colors and furniture. The first real-life implementation of these ideas is the Red Lab project, launched in partnership with the Moscow Government.
At the entrance area, there’s an interactive screen that allows visitors to book appointments, preview looks and learn the latest coworking news. This solution streamlines the user experience and helps lighten the load on receptionists. Some images are projected onto the floor as decor. The projection reacts to visitors’ movements, drawing them in and creating a wow effect.
The large, open and welcoming reception area is complemented by bold panels on the walls listing available services. These are easy to install and can be updated as needed.
The pedicure area is private, with softer lighting and more subdued finishes. It’s separated from the main space by pleasant gradient-thread curtains.
The open workspace for beauty professionals is filled with functional lighting, allowing specialists to see the true result of their work right away. A large mirror in the corridor visually expands the space and lets clients see their full reflection. Graphics in Avito’s brand colors, visible from outside the coworking space, serve as additional branding elements.
We’ve also included a multifunctional, transformable hall for events such as lectures or masterclasses.
Colorists have their own spacious and comfortable lab. A suspended screen highlights promotions, special offers and upcoming events.
All the design guidelines for Avito Beauty coworking spaces have been compiled into a detailed yet clear and informative manual that helps create cozy and practical environments for professionals and their clients.
