Art. Lebedev Studio has designed a series of small architectural forms for the Svet residential complex, a modern 52-story building located in the Verkhniye Likhobory district. These vibrant objects reflect the individuality of the place and its residents and enhance the complex’s outdoor space, creating cozy recreation areas and making it stand out pleasantly from the surrounding development.

A bench with a concrete base functions like a construction set: elements printed from plastic on a large-format 3D printer are assembled together. The result is different types of outdoor furniture: a single seat, a bench or a small table for a laptop and a cup of coffee.

A round concrete planter is the perfect spot to sit under a tree and enjoy the greenery in the courtyard. The 3D-printed seat cover is easily replaceable, so the planter always looks neat.

A concrete trash bin with a plastic liner and ring, like the other concrete objects, creates a unified style for the complex, combining practicality with aesthetics.

Park lights surrounding Svet emphasize the complex’s playful and airy atmosphere through their shape. Interchangeable reflectors allow the lighting hues to be changed, creating a special ambiance for the area.

Canopies in the shape of flowers, echoing the design of the lights, form a visual composition reminiscent of bouquets, bringing warmth and joy in any weather.

An art object at the entrance to the complex sets the tone for the entire space. At night, its metallic surface creates a gradient lighting effect that supports the project’s communication strategy. Blue and purple lighting plays on the concept of the advertising campaign: “Live in your light.”

A lightweight metal structure transforms the heating system pipes at the complex’s entrance into an elegant gateway. The louvered grille on top of the structure hides the pipes from residents’ view without obstructing access for maintenance.
